The Blue Marlins Swim Team is a community-based summer swim team that proudly competes in the Northwest Aquatic League (NWAL), one of the largest summer swim leagues in the nation. We welcome swimmers from ages 4 to 18, from those just learning to swim competitively to seasoned athletes striving for personal bests.

Our swimmers come from Oak Forest/Garden Oaks, Candlelight Plaza, Shepherd Park Plaza, Inwood, Timbergrove, Lazybrook, Forest West, The Heights and surrounding neighborhoods.

The mission of the Blue Marlins Swim Team is to provide a supportive, energetic, and competitive environment where swimmers can build confidence, develop skills, and create lasting friendships.

• Team Spirit: We strive to create a culture of encouragement, sportsmanship, and community. Every swimmer contributes to the energy and success of the team, both in and out of the pool.
• Lifelong Skills: Our goal is not only to develop competitive swimmers, but also to instill a lifelong love of swimming and water safety that families can carry with them for years to come.

The heart of our team lies in the dedication of our coaches, board and parents. Our coaching staff is committed to building strong swimmers while also teaching responsibility, discipline, and fun. Parents play a vital role as volunteers, making every practice, meet, and event a positive experience for each and every swimmer.
